Packages & Booking FAQ

What options do I have for purchasing classes?

We offer memberships, class packages, and drop-ins. Class packages are available in 5-packs, 10-packs, and 20-packs and pricing may vary by state. Packages may be used to book a guest (guest allowance is available on packages only). Memberships renew every 30 days and are either unlimited or include a set number of classes that refresh each billing cycle. Expiration rules on class packages vary by state. Details are shown at checkout and in your account.

When should I arrive to class?

New Clients
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class so we can give you a proper Megaformer introduction. If you arrive after class has started, we cannot allow entry. This is for your safety and to ensure you understand the machine before class begins.

Existing Clients
If you are not present at the class start time, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. If there is no waitlist, we offer a 5-minute grace period. To maintain the flow and integrity of class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be late-cancelled- no exceptions. Thank you for helping us keep class running smoothly.

Can I transfer or share my class package or membership?

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, our booking system allows you to book a guest using a class package. Memberships cannot be shared.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation window is 12 hours prior to class.

  • If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be marked as a late cancel.

  • Members are assessed a $20 late-cancel fee.

What happens if I miss a class?

Because spots are limited, we enforce a cancellation policy for all reservations.

  • No-show (members): $25 fee and loss of credit

  • Late cancel (members): $20 fee and loss of credit

  • Non-members / class packages: Any cancellation within 12 hours or no-show will forfeit the class credit (no credit returned).

Arriving late: there is no additional penalty, but we cannot guarantee entry if there is a waitlist or if you are more than 5 minutes late.

What is the waitlist?

If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If you join the waitlist, be prepared to attend class. If you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so another client can get in.

How it works

  • If you do not get added to class, your credit will be returned to your account (for packages or drop-ins).

  • If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and will receive an email or text confirmation based on your notification settings.

  • Because late cancellations can happen at the last minute, you may be added very close to class time—sometimes less than one hour before class begins (including overnight for morning classes). Please check your status regularly.

Your responsibility

  • If you’re unable to attend after being added and if you’re added within 2 hours of class you must notify the studio immediately. If you don’t respond or notify us, you are still considered booked and no-show/late-cancel policies apply.

    To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and go to My Schedule.

Timing rules

  • Our cancellation window is 10-12 hours depending on your membership or package. If you are added from the waitlist close to class time, the 10-12-hour cancellation policy still applies.

  • If you no longer want a spot, you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 2 hours before class.

No-show and late-cancel policies still apply for any reservation added from the waitlist. We encourage you to use the waitlist—spots often open up—but please be mindful of others trying to get into class.

Do you offer 1:1 training?

Yes. We offer one-on-one training. Please contact us through our Privates form on our website, email us, or text +1 (925) 966-3754, and we’ll match you with an instructor.

Can I switch my class reservation to another time or location on the same day?

Memberships: Same-day switches to a different class time or location are allowed, but a $20 switch fee applies.

Each client receives two (2) courtesy switch fee waivers per calendar year.

All switches must be completed before your original class start time by contacting the front desk.

Please contact the front desk to complete the switch so we can ensure you avoid no-show penalties.
