NEW HERE?

  • All classes must be booked through our website or mobile app. Simply log in to your account to view our live schedule and reserve a spot. Need help? Email us during business hours at desk@megaformer.com

  • You can purchase classes directly through your account on our website or app. We accept all major credit cards. You can also purchase classes in any of our studios.

  • Each class is 50 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact strength training using the Megaformer.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your machine and method introduction. Late arrivals for newcomers will not be permitted.

  •  Yes. All classes are designed for mixed levels, and instructors offer modifications or progressions to meet you where you are. Let us know if you're new, pregnant, or recovering from an injury. Please also consult with your healthcare professional before taking one of our classes if you are pregnant or suffering from any injuries or health conditions.

  • Yes. Grip socks are mandatory, no exceptions. Regular socks are not permitted.
    We sell grip socks at the studio for $11–$15 + tax (prices vary by studio), or you can bring your own.

  • Please come to class prepared with grip socks (required for safety), a non-glass water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel if you tend to sweat — it's a full-body, high-intensity workout! We have water fountains and bottled water and towels available for purchase. Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes, and be sure to store all personal belongings before class begins.

General questions

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in. Please note we give away spots on our waitlist at the start of class.

  • Our workout is designed to work your muscles to second stage muscle failure, so recovery is important. If you are just starting out we recommend 2–3 classes per week to allow time for muscle recovery. Once you’re hooked, you might find yourself coming 5 to 6 times a week — it’s that addictive!

  • This is a high-intensity strength training class, not Pilates. Please consult your physician for clearance. If approved and are new, we recommend beginning with a private session for safety. Let your instructor know that you are pregnant before the start of your class so we can provide modifications if necessary.

  • No. Phones are not allowed during class. It’s distracting and unsafe. Please silence and put your phone before class begins.

  • Our studios have cubbies for your belongings. We do not have showers at our studios.

  • Clients must be 16 years or older to attend. Those under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver before participating.

  • For safety reasons, unattended children (under the age of 16) are not permitted in the studio at any time. We ask that clients please make alternate arrangements for childcare, as children cannot wait in the lobby while a parent takes class.

    • Cancel 12+ hours before class: Keep your credit.

    • Cancel within 12 hours: If you cancel or no-show within the 12-hour block or arrive 5 or more minutes late for class, the penalty depends on how you booked the class:

    • If you booked using a package or 4-, 8-, or 12- class/mo series to book, you will lose the class

    • If you booked with an unlimited membership, a $20 late cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 12 hours of class. If you miss class without canceling, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.

    • We are unable to provide refunds for late and no-show cancellations.

    To Cancel a Reservation:

    • Sign into your account

    • Go to “Upcoming Reservations” > “Pick the Class”

    • Click “Cancel Reservation” next to the class you wish to cancel

  • Yes, you may. If you're not present at the start time, your spot may go to someone on the waitlist if they are at the studio. For your safety, if you’re more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to join class. It’s important to arrive on time for your safety to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up and so that you receive a balanced workout. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in class.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. In the Megaformer app, classes with a waitlist will show a “waitlist” button instead of “book.” Just tap “waitlist” to add yourself.

    If a spot opens more than 12 hours in advance, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified via email (make sure your notifications are enabled in the app or website). If you're added and can't attend, you must cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancel fee.

    If you have not received a confirmation, you’ll still need to show up at the studio. Think of it like being on standby — we often experience no-shows without notice, and the only way to secure a last-minute spot is to be present and wait to see if a machine opens. If someone hasn’t checked in by the start of class, that spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist who is waiting in person.

    Please note: By putting yourself on the waitlist, you’re committing to take the class if a spot becomes available. If you no longer want the spot, you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties. Canceling less than 12 hours in advance counts as a late cancellation and is subject to the same fees and policies.

Studio operations

  • All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on class packages or retail items, including grip socks.

  • We strive for consistency, but instructors and schedules are subject to change. If you're signed up for a class when a change happens, we’ll notify you by email (make sure your notifications are enabled in the app or website). Instructor names are visible on the schedule.

  • Your classes from a 4-class, 8-class, or 12-class/mo membership will not roll over.

  • Memberships automatically renew every month on the same day you originally purchased them. You’ll be auto-charged each month on that date for the length of your contract — no need to repurchase manually.

    Please note: do not buy a new membership each month, as this will result in double charges.

    Not sure when your membership started? You can check your renewal date in the app:

    • Open the menu (look for the person icon).

    • Navigate to “Memberships/Credits” to view your purchase history.

  •  Yes. All bookings and cancellations must be managed directly through ClassPass.
    We cannot switch, modify, cancel, or credit ClassPass reservations.  If you're not present at the start time, your spot may go to someone on the waitlist if they are at the studio. We cannot offer refunds on late arrivals.

Private classes and events

  • Yes! We offer one-on-one training sessions and private group events. Contact us at desk@megaformer.com for more information and availability.

  • We offer discounts on select packages and memberships to active students, teachers, healthcare workers and military personnel. To verify you are eligible, please email us at desk@megaformer.com.

  • Our Megaformer studio offers private classes for corporate teams and brand activations. Whether you want a midday sweat, an after-hours team burn, or a full wellness activation with snacks, recovery, and branded perks—we’ll make it happen.  Special corporate rates for group classes are also available.
