Membership Policies, Billing Terms, and Fees
These Membership Policies (“Policies”) describe the recurring billing terms, modification and cancellation process, booking rules, and applicable fees for memberships and class packages.
Memberships may be offered on a month-to-month recurring, 6-month commitment, or 12-month commitment basis, depending on the plan selected. Month-to-month memberships auto-renew monthly at the then-current rate unless canceled with a 30 day noticed. Commitment memberships apply for the stated term and do not extend or convert to month-to-month unless expressly stated in the membership description.
Membership Types, Terms, and Renewal
Memberships may be offered on a month-to-month recurring, 6-month commitment, or 12-month commitment basis, depending on the plan selected.
Month-to-month recurring memberships automatically renew each month at the then-current rate unless canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
Commitment memberships (6- or 12-month) apply for the stated term and do not extend or convert to month-to-month unless expressly stated in the membership description.

All membership requests must be submitted through our website.

Membership Upgrade / Downgrade
To request an upgrade or downgrade:

Membership Freeze (Pause)
To request a freeze:

Let us know that you would like to freeze your membership
Freeze rules:
Freeze requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the requested freeze date.
Freezes are subject to a $25 per week fee unless excused for medical reasons.
You may be asked to provide appropriate documentation for medical freezes or extended freezes outside standard policies.
Cancellation / Termination
Month-to-Month Recurring Memberships
A minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice prior to your next billing date is required to cancel. If you do not submit a timely cancellation request, your membership will automatically renew and continue through the next billing cycle, and you will be charged accordingly.
Commitment Memberships (6- or 12-month)
Commitment memberships are for the full contract term and are not eligible for cancellation prior to the end of the commitment term without penalty unless required by applicable law. If you request early termination, you may be charged an early termination fee of up to one (1) month of your membership rate.
Active/Unfrozen Requirement
All termination requests must be made while your membership is active and unfrozen.
Documentation
You may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting termination outside our standard policies.
Membership & Billing Authorization
By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring membership dues and any applicable fees in accordance with these Policies and studio rules. Month-to-month memberships renew automatically each month and continue indefinitely unless properly canceled. Commitment memberships run only for the selected contract term (six (6) or twelve (12) months) and do not renew beyond that term unless expressly stated.
Class Booking, Expiration, and Usage Rules
Memberships are valid for one (1) person only, are non-transferable, and do not include guest privileges unless expressly stated.
Unused classes from monthly credit memberships do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period.
All Memberships are limited to one (1) class per day (one reservation per day).
Fees & Charges
Class Cancellation / Rescheduling Window
You may cancel and reschedule a class up to 10–12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time (depending on your membership) to have the class credit returned to your account, subject to any applicable expiration date.
Freeze (Pause):Freeze requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance and are subject to a $25/week fee unless excused for medical reasons. You may be asked to provide appropriate documentation for medical freezes
Cancellation/Termination: Month to Month Recurring Memberships- 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date is required. Failure to timely cancel will result in renewal/continuation through the next billing cycle. Commitment memberships may be subject to early termination fees as disclosed in your plan terms. Termination requests must be made while your membership is active and unfrozen.
Late Cancel / No-Show Fees
Late Cancel: If you cancel within the late-cancel window (less than the required 10–12 hours), a $20 fee applies and you will lose the class credit.
No Show: A $25 fee applies and you will lose the class credit.
If your credit card is declined for membership dues or any penalty fees, your account will be restricted and you will not be able to book classes until the outstanding balance is paid.
Same-Day Switch Fee
Same-day switching (moving to a different class on the same day) is treated as a late change and the $20 fee applies.
All sales, including late fees, are final.
No Refunds; Pricing Changes
Membership dues, packages, and all fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by the Company. Memberships and packages are subject to pricing changes, which will be reasonably communicated in advance.
Member Acknowledgment
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
If your membership is month-to-month recurring, it will auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with these Policies;
You understand the 30-day cancellation notice requirement for month-to-month recurring memberships;
If you purchase a commitment membership, you agree to complete the full term of the contract, and if you cancel early you will incur an early cancellation fee of up to one (1) month of your membership rate.
You understand that commitment memberships do not convert to month-to-month beyond the commitment term unless explicitly stated in the plan;
You understand the one (1) class per day rule and the same-day switch fee policy;
You agree to all membership rules, fees, and studio policies described herein.
We reserve the right to deny membership, refuse service, and decline or cancel any purchase or account at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
